Data processing

Every time someone visits our website, we collect a range of data for a variety of purposes. This “Privacy” page explains what we do with the data we collect, how we receive it, what your inherent rights are and how we apply them. On the Sindrila site (b-fix.be), we observe your privacy and the company ensures that all of your data is processed confidentially.

Data collected and stored by Sindrila is protected. It will never be transmitted or sold to third parties in any way whatsoever. If information must be disclosed, it will always be disclosed under strict observance of the rules and the law. Data communicated to Sindrila is processed with the utmost care.

Any data provided will be used exclusively for the purposes for which it was communicated and with the visitor’s permission.

Sindrila collects the data to provide the following services:

  1. Data on using the site and visitor feedback to develop, improve and adapt the site.
  2. User views and comments (you may choose to add your name or other personal details). We value visitors’ opinions. However, we hereby reserve the right not to publish them if they are not consistent with our values and criteria.
  3. Replies to promotions or competitions (we will ask for your name and postal and e-mail addresses). The information will be used to satisfactorily perform the action, assess it, gauge it and disclose the results (prize winners).
  4. Order details. Sindrila undertakes to make use of data pertaining to private addresses and personal messages that are sent to it to process and reserve an order pursuant to Article 5b of the Privacy Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data.
